Mega Power Star Ram Charan, Buchi Babu Sana’s Peddi Shoot Wraps In 6 Days
Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s much-awaited rural sports and action drama Peddi has been quietly building a solid buzz, thanks to its impactful promotions. The songs have struck a chord with listeners, while the glimpses revealed two completely different shades of Charan, sparking curiosity among fans. The special glimpse released on his birthday especially amplified expectations, hinting at a film that blends intensity with scale. Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, the film is being mounted on a grand canvas by producer Venkata Satish Kilaru under Vriddhi Cinemas, with Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings serving as presenters.
In an official update, the team confirmed that the entire shoot of Peddi will be wrapped up in 6 more days. Alongside the production, the post-production formalities are also happening simultaneously. Their aim is to ensure the film reaches audiences in its best possible form, without compromising on quality. The makers have also confirmed that Peddi will grace the cinemas in June.
The team has also unveiled a fresh set of on-location stills that capture the vibrant mood on the sets. In these candid moments, Ram Charan is seen alongside director Buchi Babu Sana, both sharing warm, cheerful smiles that reflect the positive energy driving the shoot. Charan’s look, in particular, stands out strikingly. He sports a rugged yet effortlessly stylish avatar, complete with flowing long hair, a thick beard, and shades that add a sharp edge to his persona. The combination not only enhances his raw, earthy appeal but also hints at the intense, rooted character he portrays in the film.
The film features Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead, alongside a strong supporting cast including Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, Divyenndu, and Boman Irani, each playing significant roles.
