హీరో శివాజీ గురించి తెలుగు ప్రేక్షకులకు ప్రత్యేకంగా పరిశీలించాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు. తెలుగులో అనేక సినిమాల్లో హీరోగా నటించిన ఆయన తర్వాత కాలంలో సినిమాలకు గ్యాప్ ఇచ్చారు. తర్వాత బిగ్ బాస్ లో ఆయన ఎంట్రీ ఆ తర్వాత ఆయన వ్యక్తిత్వం చూసి అనేకమంది ఈ జనరేషన్ కిడ్స్ కూడా ఆయనకు అభిమానులుగా మారిపోయారు. ఇక ఆ తర్వాత #90స్ అనే వెబ్ సిరీస్ తో మరోసారి తెలుగు ప్రేక్షకుల ముందుకు వచ్చి చెరగని ముద్ర వేసుకున్నారు. అలాంటి శివాజీ తాజాగా నాని నిర్మాతగా రామ్ జగదీష్ అనే కొత్త కుర్రాడి దర్శకత్వంలో రూపొందించిన కోర్ట్ అనే సినిమాలో నటించాడు.
ఈ సినిమాలో మంగపతి అనే పాత్రలో నటించాడు అనడం కంటే జీవించాడు అని చెప్పవచ్చు. స్క్రీన్ మీద శివాజీ కనపడిన ప్రతిసారి ఆయన నటన, ఆయన డైలాగ్ డెలివరీకి అభిమానులు ఫిదా అయిపోతున్నారు. అంతేకాక ఒక్కోసారి శివాజీ నటన చూసి చప్పట్లు చరుస్తూ అభినందిస్తున్నారు అంటే ఆయన ఆ పాత్రలో ఎంతగా ఒదిగిపోయాడో అర్థం చేసుకోవచ్చు. మనం రియాలిటీలో చూసిన కొన్ని పాత్రలకు ఆపాదించుకునేలా ఆ పాత్ర ఉండటంతో చాలామంది శివాజీ పాత్రకు కనెక్ట్ అయిపోతున్నారు. కేవలం ఆడియన్స్ మాత్రమే కాదు విశ్లేషకులు సైతం తమ రివ్యూస్ లో శివాజీ నటన గురించి ప్రస్తావిస్తున్నారు. సినిమాల్లో రీఎంట్రీ ఇవ్వడం అందరూ చేస్తూనే ఉంటారు కానీ ఇలాంటి ఒక సాలిడ్ పాత్రతో రీఎంట్రీ ఇవ్వడం శివాజీకే చెల్లిందేమో. ఇక ఈ పాత్ర దెబ్బతో శివాజీకి సెకండ్ ఇన్నింగ్స్ లో మరిన్ని పాత్రలు లభిస్తాయి అనడంలో ఎలాంటి సందేహం లేదు.
