Raju Weds Rambai makers Dolamukhi Subaltern Films banner have invited aspiring actors to audition for their upcoming film
Raju Weds Rambai, which was released as a small-budget film, went on to achieve remarkable success and became an inspiration for many independent filmmakers. Following this box-office success, the makers have now launched a new project that aims to bring another authentic Telangana-rooted story to audiences.
The film is being produced by Venu Udugula and Sandhya Bhanu Challa under the banners Dolamukhi Subaltern Films and Aaradhya Cine Creations. Madhukar Reddy Komireddy is directing the project.
The makers are inviting talented and passionate actors to be a part of this interesting film. In their casting announcement, they called upon Telugu-speaking individuals who are fluent in the Telangana dialect to send audition videos. The casting call poster itself has generated curiosity by teasing the film’s storyline. “How did a dispute between two brothers change the destiny of a village called Jammikunta in Telangana?
