‘Mailu Rayi’ is the first production venture of Sri Hansika Peddireddy under the Hansi Productions banner. Laxman Meesala, Pavan Ramesh, Sunandini and Anju Valguman play other important characters.

The title launch poster of the film was unveiled by senior actor, producer, Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council Member and AP Green Chairman Nagababu. Speaking on the occasion, Nagababu said, “The title ‘Mailu Rayi’ is very intriguing. Producer Hansika has begun her journey with a good film.
