Heartfelt thanks to the audience for making ‘Kannappa’ a phenomenal success – Dr Mohan Babu 

Dynamic Star Vishnu Manchu’s dream project Kannappa hit the screens yesterday to unanimous positive reviews from all corners. The team celebrated the success, thanking the audience and the media.

While speaking at the event, Dr. M. Mohan Babu said: “With the blessings of Lord Shiva, Kannappa has achieved this remarkable success. Back in our time, we never held so many events for a single film. It’s been 50 years since I started my journey as an actor, and my fans have stood by me through every phase, propelling me forward. I will forever be indebted to them. After the success of Kannappa, I’ve been receiving countless congratulatory calls. I wonder what I can give back for all this love. Everyone poured their heart and soul into this film. My heartfelt congratulations to each and every one who contributed. I truly believe this film was made with divine permission. It’s only because of everyone’s encouragement that we’ve come this far. If not for Vinay, Kannappa wouldn’t exist. My heartfelt thanks to every individual who worked on this film.”

Vishnu Manchu said: “For artists and producers like us, the audience is like God. It is only through their love and support that we reach these heights. The response to Kannappa has been overwhelming. It’s nothing short of divine grace. My deepest thanks to the audience for making this such a grand success. The movie is doing exceptionally well at the box office.”

*డా. ఎం. మోహన్ బాబు మాట్లాడుతూ* .. ‘ఆ భగవంతుడు ఆశీస్సులతోనే ‘కన్నప్ప’ చిత్రానికి ఇంత గొప్ప విజయం దక్కింది. మా టైంలో ఓ సినిమాకు ఇన్ని సభలు పెట్టేవాళ్లం కాదు. నటుడిగా 50 ఏళ్లు అవుతోంది. అప్పటి నుంచి ఇప్పటి వరకు నా అభిమానులు నా వెన్నంటే ఉండి నన్ను ముందుకు నడిపిస్తున్నారు. వారికి నేను ఎప్పటికీ రుణపడి ఉంటాను. ‘కన్నప్ప’ సక్సెస్ తరువాత వాళ్లంతా ఫోన్లు చేసి అభినందనలు తెలియజేస్తున్నారు. వారి ప్రేమకు నేను తిరిగి ఏం ఇవ్వగలను. ఈ చిత్రం కోసం అందరూ ప్రాణం పెట్టి పని చేశారు. అందరికీ హృదయ పూర్వక అభినందనలు. ఆ భగవంతుడి ఆజ్ఞతోనే ఈ సినిమాను తీశామనిపిస్తుంది. అందరి ప్రోత్సాహం ఉండబట్టే ఇక్కడి వరకు రాగలిగాం. వినయ్ లేకపోతే.. కన్నప్ప చిత్రం ఉండేది కాదు. ఈ సినిమాకు పని చేసిన ప్రతీ ఒక్కరికీ హృదయ పూర్వక అభినందనలు’ అని అన్నారు.

*మైత్రి శశి మాట్లాడుతూ* .. ‘‘కన్నప్ప’కి అన్ని చోట్లా హౌస్ ఫుల్స్ పడుతున్నాయి. మారుమూల గ్రామాల్లో ఎక్కువగా హౌస్ ఫుల్స్ పడుతున్నాయి. ‘సలార్’, ‘పుష్ప’ లాంటి చిత్రాల తరువాత ‘కన్నప్ప’కి కల్వకుర్తి వంటి ఊర్లో థియేటర్లు నిండుతున్నాయి. మల్టీప్లెక్స్, సింగిల్ స్క్రీన్స్ ఇలా అన్ని చోట్లా ప్రభంజనం సృష్టిస్తోంది. ‘కన్నప్ప’ చిత్రం మున్ముందు భారీ విజయాన్ని నమోదు చేయనుంది. క్లైమాక్స్ చూసి నాకు కన్నీళ్లు వచ్చాయి. విష్ణు గారు అద్భుతంగా నటించారు. ఇప్పుడున్న తరం చూడాల్సిన చిత్రమిది. ఇలాంటి సినిమాను తీసుకు వచ్చిన మోహన్ బాబు గారికి, విష్ణు గారికి ధన్యవాదాలు’ అని అన్నారు.

*అర్పిత్ రంకా మాట్లాడుతూ* .. ‘‘కన్నప్ప’ కోసం మూడేళ్లుగా విష్ణు, మోహన్ బాబు గారితో ప్రయాణిస్తున్నాను. వారిని ఎప్పుడూ కూడా ఇంత సంతోషంగా చూడలేదు. అక్కడే మా ‘కన్నప్ప’ ఎంత సక్సెస్ అయిందో అర్థం అవుతోంది. చాలా నెగెటివిటీని వారు ఎదుర్కొన్నారు. తిన్నడు కంటే ఎన్నో కష్టాల్ని విష్ణు పడ్డారు. మహాదేవుడు ఎన్నో కష్టాలు పెడుతుంటాడు. కానీ చివరకు ఇలాంటి విజయాన్ని అందిస్తారు. ఈ మూవీ క్లైమాక్స్ చూసి అందరూ ఏడ్చేస్తున్నారు. ఇలాంటి చిత్రాలు అరుదుగా వస్తాయి. అందరూ ‘కన్నప్ప’ మూవీని చూడండి’ అని అన్నారు.

*శివ బాలాజీ మాట్లాడుతూ* .. ‘‘కన్నప్ప’కి వస్తున్న ప్రేమను చూస్తే నాకు మాటలు రావడం లేదు. విష్ణు గారు ఈ మూవీ కోసం చాలా కష్టపడ్డారు. ఇకపై ఆయన ఎప్పుడూ సంతోషంగా ఉండాలి. అర్జునుడు, తిన్నడు, కన్నప్పగా విష్ణు అద్భుతం చేశారు. ఈ మూవీ కోసం ప్రతీ ఒక్కరూ పగలు, రాత్రి అన్న తేడా లేకుండా పని చేశారు. ఈ సక్సెస్‌ను టీం ఎంజాయ్ చేయాలి. ఈ చిత్రంలో పని చేసిన మేం అంతా అదృష్టవంతులం. సినిమాను చూడాలన్నా అదృష్టం ఉండాలి. తల్లిదండ్రులంతా కూడా పిల్లలకు ఇలాంటి చిత్రాలను చూపించాలి’ అని అన్నారు.

*నటుడు కౌశల్ మాట్లాడుతూ* .. ‘‘కన్నప్ప’ను కొంత మంది చూడకుండానే రివ్యూలు ఇస్తున్నారు. శివుడ్ని తలుచుకుని సినిమాను చూస్తే అందరికీ నచ్చుతుంది. తిన్నడుగా ఉన్నప్పుడు రక్తి ఎక్కువగా ఉంటుంది.. కన్నప్పగా మారినప్పుడు భక్తి ఎక్కువగా ఉంటుంది. ‘కన్నప్ప’ను ఎన్ని సార్లు చూసినా తనివి తీరడం లేదు. మోహన్ బాబు గారు మా అందరినీ ఎంతో బాగా చూసుకున్నారు. విష్ణు గారికి ఈ చిత్రం చరిత్రలో నిలిచిపోయే విజయాన్ని అందించాలి’ అని అన్నారు.
