7 PM Productions plans to produce a series of back-to-back films
Following the blockbuster success of The Great Pre-Wedding Show, 7 PM Productions has announced its next film. Titled “EMI,” the movie aims to encourage new talent and features fresh actors and technicians. The film is directed by Nikhil Kuvvarapu.
Darahas, who has earned recognition through web series such as Lal Salaam and Hostel Days, is making his debut as a lead actor with this film. Shailaja, who gained recognition for her key role in Little Hearts, is making her debut as a heroine with “EMI.”
The film was formally launched today with a traditional pooja ceremony. Hero Aadi Saikumar gave the first clap for the muhurtham shot, while director Sai Marthand switched on the camera. Director Rahul Srinivas of The Great Pre-Wedding Show handed over the script.
Whether it is a bike, car, or even a high-end smartphone, buying almost any major item today comes with the burden of paying EMIs. For most middle-class families, managing monthly EMIs has become an unavoidable part of life. “EMI” revolves around the struggles faced by young people who purchase various products on EMI and the challenges they encounter while trying to repay them.
The film is being developed as a complete entertainer with strong, heartfelt emotions at its core. The makers believe that every scene will connect with both youngsters and family audiences. The team is planning the production meticulously and is also gearing up for an extensive promotional campaign to take the film to a wider audience.
Along with “EMI,” 7 PM Productions is also set to produce another ambitious film in collaboration with The Great Pre-Wedding Show director Rahul Srinivas. The cast and crew details of this project will be announced soon.
Going forward, 7 PM Productions plans to produce a series of back-to-back films with fresh and engaging concepts.
