Bhairavakali Flicks Pays Tribute to Real Star Dr. Srihari on His Birth Anniversary with a Powerful Potharaju First Look

Legendary actor Real Star Dr. Srihari carved a special place in the hearts of audiences through his powerful screen presence, versatile performances and memorable choice of roles. Carrying forward his legacy, his son Meghamsh Srihari is now emerging as a lead actor in an upcoming film being produced under the Bhairavakali Flicks banner. Directed by Lella Rohit and produced by Lella Rahul, the film is currently under production.

On the occasion of Dr Srihari’s birthday August 15th , Marking the birth anniversary of Dr. Srihari, the makers unveiled a striking first look featuring Meghamsh Srihari in a traditional Pothuraju-inspired avatar, deeply rooted in Telangana’s Bonalu tradition, adding a special cultural and emotional weight to the film.

The poster carries an added emotional significance with Real Star Dr. Srihari portrayed behind his son in the powerful Pothuraju avatar , symbolically reflecting his enduring presence, strength and legacy standing behind the next generation.

Pothuraju holds a distinctive place in Telangana’s Bonalu tradition and is regarded as the brother of the Mother Goddess, representing a commanding presence in the festive procession. Drawing from this deeply rooted cultural imagery gives the first look both a powerful visual identity and a strong Telangana flavour. With 50% of the shoot completed, the film is progressing at a brisk pace.

The makers have also announced that an India’s Biggest title glimpse reveal event will take place soon. The event will open the doors to the world of the film and offer audiences their first deeper insight into Meghamsh Srihari’s character, his journey and the world surrounding him.
