Inspired by her character Jayamma in her upcoming film Ranabaali, Rashmika has launched a charitable initiative called Annapurna. As part of this initiative, she has provided essential supplies sufficient for three months to 400 families across eight different locations. She has also announced that she intends to continue the initiative for an entire year. Vijay Deverakonda expressed his happiness over Rashmika’s Annapurna project, saying that he is proud of her. Sharing the details of the initiative, Rashmika said, “Many of you ask me whether I share any similarities with Jayamma’s character. My answer is yes. I felt that it was enough for me and my team to know. However, I am sharing this now because I believe my initiative might inspire you as well. Today, I have taken responsibility for 400 families. I want to support all 400 families with essential supplies every three months and continue this initiative throughout the year. I hope the families can save the money they would otherwise spend on these essential items and set it aside for their future needs.”
