Happy to have a strong-content film like Markandeya – Dil Raju 

To encourage young talent, prominent producer Dil Raju has established a new banner titled “DilRaju Dreams.” As the first project under this banner, he is producing a film called “Markandeya” starring young hero Vikranth. Vikranth, who earned a good recognition among audiences with the film Santhana Prapthirasthu, is set to gain a significant advantage in his career by playing the lead in the first film produced under the DilRaju Dreams banner. The film is being directed by Sistla VMK as a mythological thriller. The title glimpse of “Markandeya” was grandly released today in Hyderabad.

DOP Jagadeesh Varma Bhoopathi Raju said, “This is my first film as a DOP. I thank DilRaju garu, Vikranth, and director Sistla for giving me this opportunity. We feel our heartbeat has just begun with this glimpse.”

Music director Hari SR said, “First of all, I thank my mentor Thaman garu. I believe this film’s soundtrack will gain global recognition. They trusted me and gave me this opportunity. The script has come out very well. This is a film that everyone must watch.”

Director Sistla VMK said, “I thank DilRaju garu and his entire team for giving opportunities and supporting newcomers like us. A while ago, Dil Raju garu told me that we must work very hard. I can never forget those words. We will live up to the trust he has placed in us. We used AI only as a support tool in making this film; no shots generated by AI have been included in the movie. Hero Vikranth said, “In Hollywood, multiverse and superhero films have been widely made in recent years. But concepts like countless universes and immortals have existed in our mythology for thousands of years. Our movie is a modern interpretation of such a story inspired by epics. ‘Markandeya’ is a mystical thriller based on an epic concept. We planned this film with a young team. However, such a film needs proper guidance and support. To encourage young talent, Dil Raju garu created the DilRaju Dreams platform. We narrated our story to him and showed him the content we had developed. He liked it and agreed to produce our film under the DilRaju Dreams banner. In every aspect, how the script should be structured, how to control the budget, and how to take the movie to the audience, Dil Raju garu is guiding us. We are working hard to meet his expectations. This film involves extensive CG work. We will bring even better content next. Since this is the first film under the DilRaju Dreams banner, we will make sure it remains memorable. This film presents a modern version of the character Markandeya. Just as Markandeya faced hardships and challenges, this modern Markandeya also encounters many obstacles. With the grace of Lord Shiva, how he finds solutions and overcomes these challenges is what the movie portrays. More than technology, we are giving priority to human emotions in this film.”

Producer Dil Raju said, “Advance Mahashivaratri wishes to everyone. Our SVC banner has completed 60 films in 23 years, and Dil Raju Dreams is another division under it. You all know about our banner. If we make 10 films with stars, at least 2 may not succeed. But with mid-range heroes and small films, we have achieved around 70 percent success. When I first entered the industry, I lost a large amount of money unknowingly. Later, the film Pellipandiri helped us stand strong. Vikranth also lost a significant amount of money with his first film as a hero. Later, he saw profits with Santhana Prapthirasthu, made in association with Madhura Sridhar Reddy. By his second film, he had learned to be cautious. Vikranth approached me for ‘Markandeya.’ He has successful businesses and is doing well, but I saw in him a strong desire to succeed as a hero. I liked the content of ‘Markandeya’ and decided to take it up as the first film under the Dil Raju Dreams banner. This film has significant CG work. We plan to release it next year for Mahashivaratri. The glimpse has received a very positive response from everyone, and that itself is a tonic for this young team. They must work hard until the theatrical release to deliver the right film to audiences. Under the Dil Raju Dreams banner, we are producing four more films two will release on OTT and two will release theatrically. There is no other banner in the country dedicated like this for newcomers, and that is a matter of pride for us. When we announced our banner, we received 330 scripts. Our team could read only about 100 of them. From those, five to six films will come from our banner this year. Just as we began our journey as producers with innovative films made with newcomers, we aim to continue the same approach with Dil Raju Dreams. We are making films with stars under SVC, but as we did in the beginning, we will announce films only after the script satisfies us and we establish the right wavelength with the director. Currently, we are working on three films, Yellamma, Rowdy Janardhana, and Dethadi.”

నిర్మాత దిల్ రాజు మాట్లాడుతూ – మీ అందరికీ అడ్వాన్స్ గా మహాశివరాత్రి శుభాకాంక్షలు. 23 ఏళ్లలో 60 చిత్రాలు కంప్లీట్ చేసిన మా ఎస్వీసీ సంస్థకు దిల్ రాజు డ్రీమ్స్ అనేది మరో విభాగం. మా బ్యానర్ గురించి మీ అందరికీ తెలిసిందే. మేము స్టార్స్ తో 10 సినిమాలు చేస్తే అందులో 2 మూవీస్ ఆదరణ పొందలేదు. మిడ్ రేంజ్ హీరోలు, స్మాల్ ఫిలింస్ తో 70 శాతం విజయాలు అందుకున్నాం. నేను ఇండస్ట్రీకి వచ్చినప్పుడు తెలిసీ తెలియక పెద్ద మొత్తంలో డబ్బు పోగొట్టుకున్నాను. ఆ తర్వాత పెళ్లిపందిరి సినిమా మమ్మల్ని నిలబెట్టింది. విక్రాంత్ హీరోగా చేసిన మొదటి సినిమాకు కూడా పెద్ద మొత్తంలో డబ్బు నష్టపోయాడు. ఆ తర్వాత సంతాన ప్రాప్తిరస్తు అనే సినిమాను మధుర శ్రీధర్ రెడ్డి గారితో కలిసి చేసి లాభాలు చూశాడు. రెండో సినిమాకే తను జాగ్రత్తపడటం నేర్చుకున్నాడు. ఈ మార్కండేయ మూవీ కోసం విక్రాంత్ నన్ను అప్రోచ్ అయ్యాడు. అతనికి బిజినెస్ లు ఉన్నాయి. అవన్నీ సక్సెస్ ఫుల్ గా రన్ అవుతున్నాయి. హీరోగా కూడా సక్సెస్ కావాలనే తపన విక్రాంత్ లో కనిపించింది. మార్కండేయ మూవీలోని కంటెంట్ నచ్చి ఈ చిత్రాన్ని మా దిల్ రాజు డ్రీమ్స్ బ్యానర్ లో మొదటి చిత్రంగా టేకప్ చేశాం. సీజీ వర్క్ ఎక్కువగా ఉన్న చిత్రమిది. ఈ సినిమాను వచ్చే ఏడాది మహాశివరాత్రికి విడుదల చేస్తాం. ఈ మూవీ గ్లింప్స్ చూసి అందరి నుంచి మంచి రెస్పాన్స్ వచ్చింది. ఇదే ఈ యంగ్ టీమ్ కు టానిక్. ఇదే థియేటర్ లో మన మూవీ రిలీజ్ అయ్యేవరకు ప్రేక్షకులకు ఒక రైట్ మూవీ చూపించాలని ఈ టీమ్ కష్టపడాలి. మా దిల్ రాజు డ్రీమ్స్ బ్యానర్ లో మరో నాలుగు చిత్రాలు నిర్మిస్తున్నాం. వాటిలో రెండు ఓటీటీ, మరో రెండు థియేట్రికల్ గా రిలీజ్ అవుతాయి. దేశంలో కొత్త వాళ్ల కోసం ఇలాంటి బ్యానర్ మరొకటి లేదు. అది మాకు గర్వంగా ఉంది. మా బ్యానర్ అనౌన్స్ చేసినప్పుడు 330 స్క్రిప్ట్స్ వచ్చాయి. వాటిలో వంద మాత్రమే మా వాళ్లు చదవగలిగారు. వాటిలో ఐదారు మూవీస్ ఈ ఏడాది మా సంస్థ నుంచి వస్తాయి. నిర్మాతగా జర్నీ బిగిన్ చేసినప్పుడు కొత్త వాళ్లతో కొత్తదనం ఉన్న చిత్రాలు ఎలా చేశామో అలాగే దిల్ రాజు డ్రీమ్స్ బ్యానర్ లో చిత్రాలు చేయాలనుకుంటున్నాం. స్టార్స్ తో మా ఎస్వీసీలో సినిమాలు చేస్తున్నాం. అయితే మొదట్లో మేము చేసినట్లే స్క్రిప్ట్ సంతృప్తికరంగా వచ్చాక, దర్శకుడితో వేవ్ లెంగ్త్ కుదిరాక సినిమా అనౌన్స్ చేస్తాం. ప్రస్తుతం ఎల్లమ్మ, రౌడీ జనార్థన, దేత్తడి మూడు సినిమాలు చేస్తున్నాం. అన్నారు.
