Santhana Prapthirasthu is emerging as one of the very few content-driven Telugu films of 2025. After a successful theatrical run, the film released on OTT from 19th December and is now trending on major platforms, ranking No.1 in Telugu movies on Jio Hotstar and in the Top 10 in India on Amazon Prime Video — a rare achievement across two major OTT services.

The film stands out for its new and refreshing concept of low sperm count and male infertility, presented with maturity, humour, and emotional sensitivity. Vikranth delivers a sincere and grounded performance, while Chandini Chowdary lends depth and balance to the film, supported well by Vennela Kishore, Tharun Bhascker Dhaassyam, Muralidhar Goud, and Abhinav Gomatam.
