Razor Shooting Wrapped Up – Glimpse Released
Ravi Babu has always carved his own path in Telugu cinema, constantly reinventing himself as a filmmaker, technician, and actor. Known for his offbeat ideas and fearless experimentation, he brings a distinct voice to every project. His new film Razor marks a sharp shift from the light-hearted tone of Enuguthondam Ghatikachalam, diving instead into a world of tension, violence, and psychological intensity.
Backing the film as the presenter is star producer Suresh Babu, continuing his long-standing association with Ravi Babu under the prestigious Suresh Productions banner, with Flying Frogs producing it. Razor also features Ravi Babu taking dual responsibility- directing the film while also playing the lead.
The team has completed the entire shoot and unveiled a poster along with a special glimpse to mark the occasion. Ravi Babu appears in a brutal, violent avatar, killing a villain with a car engine valve cover- establishing the film’s raw and savage tone. The storyline promises to be a first-of-its-kind attempt in Telugu cinema.
The makers earlier unveiled a title glimpse, which drew a terrific response, especially from thriller lovers. Charan Madhavaneni handles the cinematography, SS Rajesh composes the music, and Satish Poloju oversees the action sequences.
Post-production is progressing at a brisk pace, and the makers have reiterated that Razor will hit theatres this summer.

తెలుగు సినిమాలో యూనిక్ ఫిల్మ్ మేకర్ గా, నటుడిగా ముద్రవేసిన రవిబాబు ఎక్సయిటింగ్ ప్రాజెక్ట్ ‘రేజర్’ తో ప్రేక్షకుల ముందుకు వస్తున్నారు. తన గత చిత్రం ‘ఏనుగుతొండం ఘటికాచలం’ వంటి లైట్-హార్టెడ్ సినిమాకు పూర్తి డిఫరెంట్ గా, ఈసారి టెన్షన్, వైలెన్స్ కూడిన డార్క్ వరల్డ్లోకి అడుగుపెడుతున్నారు
ఈ చిత్రాన్ని ప్రతిష్ఠాత్మక బ్యానర్ సురేష్ ప్రొడక్షన్ స్టార్ ప్రొడ్యూసర్ సురేష్ బాబు ప్రెజెంట్ చేయగా, ఫ్లయింగ్ ఫ్రాగ్స్ నిర్మిస్తోంది. రవిబాబు–సురేష్ బాబు కాంబినేషన్లో మరోసారి వస్తున్న ఈ సినిమా పై ఇప్పటికే మంచి అంచనాలు ఏర్పడ్డాయి. దర్శకత్వంతో పాటు ఈ చిత్రంలో రవిబాబు హీరోగా కూడా నటిస్తుండటం ప్రత్యేకంగా నిలుస్తోంది.
టీం మొత్తం షూట్ను పూర్తి చేసింది. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఒక పోస్టర్తో పాటు స్పెషల్ గ్లింప్స్ను విడుదల చేసింది. గ్లింప్స్లో రవిబాబు వైలెంట్ అవతార్లో కనిపించారు. కారు ఇంజిన్ వాల్వ్ కవర్తో విలన్ను హతమార్చే సన్నివేశం సినిమాకు ఉండబోయే రా అండ్ సావేజ్ టోన్ను సూచిస్తోంది.
తెలుగు సినిమాల్లో ఇప్పటివరకు చూడని కథాంశంతో ‘రేజర్’ ప్రేక్షకుల ముందుకు రానుంది. ఇప్పటికే విడుదలైన టైటిల్ గ్లింప్స్కు అద్భుతమైన స్పందన లభించింది.
ఈ చిత్రానికి చరణ్ మాధవనేని సినిమాటోగ్రఫీ అందిస్తుండగా, ఎస్ఎస్ రాజేశ్ సంగీతం సమకూరుస్తున్నారు. యాక్షన్ సన్నివేశాలకు సతీష్ పోలోజు కొరియోగ్రఫీ చేస్తున్నారు.
ప్రస్తుతం పోస్ట్ ప్రొడక్షన్ పనులు వేగంగా సాగుతున్నాయి. ఈ వేసవిలో‘రేజర్’ థియేటర్లలోకి రానుంది.
