I’m extremely happy with how DUDE is turning out – Actor-Director Tej

Multitalented Tej takes on both acting and direction duties for the trilingual film DUDE, being made in Kannada, Telugu, and Malayalam. Set against the backdrop of football and driven by powerful emotions, this film is a tribute to the late Kannada superstar Puneeth Rajkumar, a passionate football enthusiast.

With 80 percent shooting completed, the film is currently in post-production, and the teaser is to be released soon!

Speaking about the film, actor-director Tej shared:

“As both actor and director, I’m extremely happy with how ‘DUDE’ is turning out. Even watching the rushes is exciting! I can’t wait to watch it with audiences in theatres. I wholeheartedly thank the cast and technical crew who made this possible. We’ll release the teaser soon and begin full-scale promotions.”

Veteran actor Rangayana Raghu plays a football coach in the film, which is being planned for this year release across all three languages simultaneously.

Interestingly, Raghavendra Rajkumar, who plays a key role in the film, is also contributing as a script consultant. The film features a strong female cast including Shanya Kaveramma, Megha, Mohith, Dhriti, Anarghya, Dipali Pandey, Siri, Evangeline, Sonu Teerth Goud, Yashaswini, Mercy, and Monish, portraying fierce football-loving women. Supporting roles are played by Sundar Raja, Sparsha Rekha, and Vijay Chendoor.

Produced under the prestigious banner Panoramic Studios, the film has music by Emil Mohammad of Jinke Mari fame and cinematography by Prem of Ala Modalaindi fame. Story – Screenplay – Direction: Tej

పోస్ట్ ప్రొడక్షన్ పనుల్లో త్రిభాషా చిత్రం “డ్యూడ్”

మల్టీ టాలెంటెడ్ తేజ్ నటిస్తూ కన్నడ – తెలుగు – మలయాళ భాషల్లో దర్శకత్వం వహిస్తున్న త్రిభాషా చిత్రం “డ్యూడ్”. ఫుట్ బాల్ నేపథ్యంలో బలమైన భావోద్వేగాలతో సాగే ఈ చిత్రాన్ని ఫుట్ బాల్ ప్రేమికుడైన స్వర్గీయ కన్నడ సూపర్ స్టార్ పునీత్ రాజ్ కుమార్ కు అంకితం చేస్తున్నారు. 80 శాతం షూటింగ్ పూర్తి చేసుకుని, ప్రస్తుతం పోస్ట్ ప్రొడక్షన్ పనులు జరుపుకుంటున్న “డ్యూడ్” చిత్రం టీజర్ త్వరలో విడుదల చేయనున్నారు!!

హీరో కమ్ డైరెక్టర్ తేజ్ మాట్లాడుతూ… “హీరోగా, డైరెక్టర్ గా ‘డ్యూడ్” చిత్రం ఔట్ ఫుట్ పట్ల చాలా హ్యాపీగా ఉన్నాను. రష్ చూసుకుంటుంటేనే చాలా ఎగ్జైటింగ్ గా ఉంది. ఎప్పుడెప్పుడు ఆడియన్స్ తో కలిసి థియేటర్స్ లో సినిమా చూసుకుంటామా అని చాలా ఆత్రంగా ఉంది. సినిమా ఇంత బాగా రావడానికి కారకులైన నటీనటులు, సాంకేతిక నిపుణులు అందరికీ పేరు పేరునా కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలియజేస్తున్నాను. త్వరలో టీజర్ రిలీజ్ చేసి, అప్పటి నుంచి ప్రచార కార్యమాలు ముమ్మరం చేస్తాం” అని అన్నారు!!

రంగాయన రఘు ఫుట్ బాల్ కోచ్ గా నటిస్తున్న ఈ చిత్రాన్ని ఇదే ఏడాదిలో విడుదల చేసేందుకు సన్నాహాలు చేస్తున్నారు. తెలుగు, కన్నడ, మలయాళ భాషల్లో ఏక కాలంలో ఈ చిత్రం ప్రేక్షకుల ముందుకు రానుంది!!

ఈ చిత్రంలో కీలకమైన పాత్ర పోషిస్తున్న రాఘవేంద్ర రాజ్ కుమార్… ఈ చిత్రానికి ‘స్క్రిప్ట్ కన్సల్టెంట్’గా కూడా వ్యవహరించడం విశేషం. శాన్య కావేరమ్మ, మేఘ, మోహిత, ధృతి, అనర్ఘ్య, దిపాలి పాండే, సిరి, ఎవాంజిలిన్, సోను తీర్ధ గౌడ్, యశశ్విని, మెర్సి, మోనిష… ఫుట్ బాల్ అంటే పడి చచ్చే ధీర వనితలుగా నటిస్తున్నారు. ఈ చిత్రంలో సుందర్ రాజా, స్పర్శ రేఖ, విజయ్ చెందూర్ ఇతర పాత్రలు పోషిస్తున్నారు!!
